Our Fanfare Trumpeters can be outfitted in four uniform options: tuxedo, suit & tie, racetrack bugler uniform, and Renaissance attire. We perform on authentic 31" herald trumpets.
The history of our musicians performing the Fanfare Trumpets goes back several decades. Brian, the founder of Maryland Herald Trumpets, performed as the King's Trumpeter for the Royal Court of the Maryland Renaissance Festival for several years before attending the Peabody Conservatory of Music for his professional studies. Justin also performed as the King's Trumpeter for the Royal Court of the Maryland Renaissance Festival and is a regular herald trumpeter at various competitive horse racing clubs including Parx Racing and Radnor Hunt (Philadelphia), Yonkers Raceway (NY), Meadowlands Racing and Entertainment (NJ) and Charles Town Races (WV).
